When you place an order with Chi Herbal, you will receive an
e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, letting you know that we received your order.

Your order will ship the next business day unless the item is
backordered. Chi Herbal will notify you via e-mail if a
product is backordered.
Payment Options
Chi Herbal accepts most major credit cards: Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal. We offer customers
the ability to place a credit card order online or phone/fax in
their credit card orders. In addition, we accept personal
checks, certified checks and money orders, as well as wire
transfers. Please note that payments made without the use of a
credit card will first have to be processed and cleared before
any shipment will be made.

All products come with free Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) which typically takes between 2-4 days within the United States..
We also offer Next Business Day by 3pm and 2nd Business Day by 5pm service via DHL. To get our products delivered on Saturday, you must select Saturday delivery specificially. In addition, we offer Intenational shipping options. Listed below are

We can ship to P.O. boxes, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet
Post Office) addresses with our free shipping but not our express services. DHL delivers guaranteed overnight to major metro areas, but can take 2 days for some remote rural locations. Orders placed on the weekend, after 10 AM on Saturday will ship on Monday.
Business Hours
Our online store is open 24 hours a day. Our business
office hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12 PM EST; and Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM EST. Orders received by 4 PM EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM EST on Saturday will be
processed starting the next Monday. USPS does not deliver on Sunday.

Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you will be refunded
the purchase price less shipping and handling.

its original packaging.
To ensure that your refund is processed as
quickly as possible, please do the following
when packing and sending your product:
- Pack the product so that it will not be
damaged during the shipping process.
- Include a copy of the packing slip. If
for some reason you do not have this, please
include your name, address, phone number,
and order number along with the product.
- Send the product via a method that can
be tracked. For example, if you are sending
it through the U.S. Postal Service, please
send it as certified mail. We cannot process
your order until your product has been
