As every athlete knows, injuries are frustrating. They hamper your ability to train, and prevent you from being able to compete at your best. Without proper recovery, you run the risk of re-aggravating the injury or creating other problems through compensation.

Injuries, whether acute or chronic, are a reflection of an imbalance in the body and a disturbance or stagnation in the flow of Chi (or energy) in the body. One of the keys to healing is promoting proper circulation within the body. With proper Chi circulation, the body has a natural ability to heal.

The Chi Herbal Injury Recovery Kit contains formulas that restore the natural energy flow in your body, which allows you to return to training and competition quickly. This kit includes 2 Athletic Herbal Wraps and a bottle of Herbal Harmonizing Bath to help promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and restore balance to the injured area.

Use the wraps on the feet, legs, back, shoulders, or arms to speed recovery from pulls, strains, injury, inflammation, or chronic pain. Wrap the injured area for 12-24 hours with the herbal wrap. Remove and discard, then reapply a second wrap 2 to 7 days later. Again wear the wrap for 12-24 hours and discard.

The included Harmonizing Bath can be taken as a full body bath to further promote recovery. This is recommended for uses such as groin or hamstring pulls, low back pain or shoulder pain or other core body injuries.
