WHEN TO USE:

The Injury Recovery Kit is ideal for severe injuries including sprains, bruises and pulled muscles. The Injury Recovery Kit helps you quickly recovery from joint, muscle, liagment, and tendon injuryies by enhancing your body's natural healing process. If you have suffered an acute injury, apply a Chi Herbal Recovery Wrap, contained in The Injury Recovery Kit, to the injured area as soon as possible. If you do not have a Recovery Wrap on hand, have one over-nighted or 2-day shipped. In the mean time, you can use the R.I.C.E. (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) approach, icing just enough to minimize swelling.

If you are experiencing chronic pain, an Injury Recovery Kit can be used at any time. When you are experiencing pain, it is a sign that Chi flow and circulation are impaired. Toxins accumulate, inflammation increases and pain results. The Injury Recovery Kit helps restore Chi circulation, which in turn helps the body return to its natural equilibrium. Depending on the depth of the problem, you may need multiple Injury Recovery Kits to balance the Chi in the injured area.

Injury Recovery Kits can also be used as a preventative measure. About every 6 months, use a kit on joints stressed by your training to help balance Chi and prevent the onset of an injury.

HOW TO USE:

Directions - Step 1

Step 1 - Wear 1st Recovery Wrap

Wear the first Recovery Wrap for 12-24 hours, as specified in The Recovery Wrap directions.

 

Directions - Step 2

Step 2 - Soak in the Harmonizing Bath

The day after removing the first Recovery Wrap, soak in a Harmonizing Bath for 20-30 minutes.

Step 3 - Wear the 2nd Recovery Wrap

On the third day, or with a few days of the wearing the 1st Recovery Wrap, wear the second Recovery Wrap. Again, it should be worn for 12-24 hours.

Step 4 - Apply Recovery Spray

On a daily basis, spray the injured area with the included Recovery Spray. This will augment the effects of the Recovery Wrap, and help promote Chi circulation to help the body recover more fully. The Recovery Spray will also alleviate any redness or itching which may occur as a natural result of using the Recovery Wrap.

The Recovery Wrap is a "Topical Analgesic" for temporary relief of minor aches and pain in muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises and sprains.

"I was unfortunate enough to twist my ankle and tear a ligament. I had gone to my physician and upon instruction from her I wore a walking cast and used crutches as provided.
